- Catch Story: We started our adventure breaking down gull lake in search of crappie and sunfish. after scanning some large weed flats and finding the weed edge we locked in on some tall separated patches of weeds with fish around the tops in 15-20 FOW. On my first drop on one of these weed patches this fish came out of no where and attacked my 4.4mm tungsten jig with a soft plastic. Though it wasn't the target i was happy to fight with it and it has some really cool patterns. Almost like a mini Grouper.
