- Catch Story: Fishing in about 12 feet of water, My son Sam tells me he is hooked on a log, well after a second or two I look at his pole and say, "um, the log is moving." It took him about 5 minutes and coming up from the bottom I see this humungous Large Mouth. Man what a fight, and what a trophy fish. We will have this one mounted and share the memory to honor the Large Mouth Bass!
