- Catch Story: We were deadsticking small crappie minnows with relative success, when I decided to jig a bit with one of the largest fathead minnows in the bait bucket. Shortly thereafter, a heavy weight appeared on the line, and the fight was on! Watching this glide past the 8" hole (and more than fill the hole) is a sight which I won't soon forget!
