- Catch Story: What a fish!!! I have been fishing since I was three-years-old, and have never caught a largemouth bass this big before!! The fish was caught off of a sucker minnow on the dock. It appears that it was right after bass spawn, as the head on this fish was huge compared to the body. 23", 6.5 pounds!!!
