- Catch Story: My buddy and I fished on a cold fall afternoon and as we were making our way back to the boat landing, we stopped along the backside of a point with the wind at our backs. I made a cast with a perch-colored Shad Rap towards fallen trees. After a couple of twitches I had a big hit and set the hook. The fish made a couple of deep runs and after a short battle, we netted the fish for a quick photo before the release. This is my biggest bass!
