- Catch Story: We were in our dreamshack jigging for walleye or eelpout with some rattle reels down. At 9:09 on Leech Lake one of the rattle reels went zooming out so we let the fish take as much line as needed then set the hook. I started pulling up line with what felt like a big fish on the end and and we got it just under the ice and my dad, Scott Steil pro walleye fisherman in the FLW, grabbed it from under the ice. It was my personal best walleye by about an inch and half a pound.
