- Catch Story: After a couple days of getting my butt kicked by my girlfriend who had caught 3 big sturgeon over 60 inches, I finally caught this 69 inch lake sturgeon. After a long struggle that involved the fish swimming around the anchor rope several times and a few failed attempts to land the fish at boat side we finally got the fish in the boat for a quick picture before releasing the fish to grow even bigger.
