- Catch Story: My wife and I just moved to a new spot on the lake with hopes of finding a hotter bite. Primetime came around in the evening and the rattles started going off like crazy! Nailed this monster on a rattle reel, during the process of measuring and weighing this fish we caught two more keepers out of two other holes. Ten minutes after we got our lines back down nailed another beast 24incher that went back down the hole to grow. First big fish caught with my son Smash who spent all winter on the ice with us......it was the first of many but the first trophy he ever laid eyes on was this fish. It also had a double white tipped tail which I have never seen, unique and special fish!
