- Catch Story: The time was around 8:00 AM, and the bite was slowly dying. The bass was sitting at about a foot of water next to the shore line on a sandy beach with little vegetation around its bed. I decided to throw my artificial tube-like cray-fish into his bed (which was under a shade from a tree, and that spot was the only clear spot I could see). As soon as I threw my lure into the water, the bass took the lure immediately. I noticed my line started to run, so I set the hook, and bam, fish on!
