- Catch Story: This walleye was caught on a lindy rig with a leech fishing just out of Cove Bay during the hottest and windiest day of the year, 6/7/11. This was the largest walleye I have ever caught...I wish I was holding it correctly so it looked bigger! That day I also caught a 26 inch walleye, and my fishing parnter caught a 27 inch walleye. All in all we caught 13 fish, only could keep one.
