- Catch Story: Abigail caught the monster perch on her first overnight trip to Mille Lacs Lake. She caught it on a rainbow minnow on a rattle reel in approx 20 feet of water at about 10:00 AM on Feb. 26, 2022. She also registered the fish at the Perch Party at Nitti's Hunter Point Resort and won 4th place for her effort. Abigail was very excited. She is a avid fisher and deer hunter and makes an effort to not over harvest. The perch weighed in at 1.16 lbs
