Randy Amenrud has been involved in many aspects of the fishing tackle and marine promotional business for over 45 years. He’s been a part of many innovations – designing lures to catch fish and boats to get you to them. Among his many accomplishments, Randy has been inducted into the National Fresh Water Fishing Hall of Fame and the Fishing Hall of Fame of Minnesota.

Randy has won numerous walleye and bass tournaments throughout the continent. He continues educating people, especially young anglers on how to fish. Randy writes for many publications and has co-authored four books on walleye fishing and hundreds of articles in numerous outdoor publications. The knowledge he has acquired makes him one of the country’s foremost authorities on freshwater fishing.

Randy passes on his wealth of fishing knowledge through a series of seminars, television, radio, and print, blanketing the Midwest with outdoor education in an entertaining fashion. He is one of the most approachable celebrities in the fishing industry and is regarded as the premiere educator of young anglers today.
