- Catch Story: My granddaughter, Kaylee, and I were fishing with a slip bobber, jig/leach rig near Bungalow Island on West Clearwater Lake just before noon for sunfish. We were slow drifting from a shallow (3 ft.) area to a depth of about 12-15 feet catching several medium and small sunnies/bluegills when her bobber went for a ride. She fought it well and I netted it. After a quick picture or two (when she incorrectly "lipped" it at my insistence and got a bloody thumb), she released it.
